Hi.  My name is Leonie Bates.  I have become a Marriage Celebrant to have the opportunity to offer you a professional and personalised service for your Special Occasion.

Your wedding is a significant step  in your life, and I would like to be able to ensure that your Ceremony is one that will be a reflection of the strong commitment, and happiness you and your partner share.

I have undertaken extensive training through Australian Celebrations.  Australian Celebrations is a registered Training Organisation approved by the Attorney Generals Dept of the Commonwealth Government. 

My appointment as a Marriage Celebrant authorises me to lodge the necessary Legal documentation for your Ceremony.  Identifying documents will need to be provided.  For example, your original Birth Certificate when the Notice of Intention to Marry is completed, and any other documentation as required under Australian Law. I will be happy to explain this further upon our first appointment. 

To secure your Booking, and to ensure your chosen date is held in my diary for your Ceremony, a  confirmation fee is payable at our first appointment.

The balance of your account  is due and payable during the month prior to your wedding. 

My all inclusive fee covers:

        All the Legal paperwork, including the lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage.

        Registration of your Marriage with the Registrar.

        Your initial and all subsequent interviews.

        Rehearsal.

        A Booklet of Wedding Ceremony options for your consideration.

        Your Presentation Certificate.

        A PA system for the Service. This allows your guests to hear the Ceremony.

        A copy of your Ceremony for a keepsake.

        Calligraphy on your Presentation Certificate.

        A Table and Chairs to sign documents (if required).

        My travel and Parking costs.
